OpsPlanner is a very intuitive solution which requires significantly less training for both the administrator and the casual end user. Our standard implementation training is conduct via web sessions; however, on-site training is available upon request.
Depending on the organization the following options may be utilized during implementation or post implementation
- PSI Trainers conduct all of the End-user and Administrative Training
- Train-the-Trainer – PSI Trainers conduct training for an initial group of Administrators/ End -Users and those individuals train the remaining users.
- Customized Training on specific areas of the solutions. (i.e. BIA/RA Expert)
- New User/Refresher Training
Administrator Training
PSI will facilitate a full Administrator training session with BCP knowledge transfer and effective Administration of the OpsPlanner Software in the client environment
End- User Training
PSI will facilitate full End User training sessions, to serve as orientation and training of OpsPlanner users with BCP knowledge transfer and effective utilization of the OpsPlanner Software in the client environment.
In addition, web session training on new features is offered when new versions or upgrades are released.
