Raymond A. Huger, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Huger has more than 35 years of experience in information technology, business management and technical support services. He established Paradigm Solutions (now a CACI company) in 1991 following a very successful 25 year career and early retirement from IBM. He was a former IBM Area Staff Director and a Regional Manager responsible for multiple IBM Branch Office operations that generated over $500 million in annual sales and services revenue.

As an entrepreneur, he grew the Paradigm Solutions information technology business from a start-up company, to over $60 million in annual sales. He took the company public in 2004 as Paradigm Holdings Inc. (PDHO) and later sold the company to CACI a multi-billion dollar government contractor. Paradigm Solutions International, Inc., a former subsidiary of Paradigm Holdings, has become a leading provider of world-class Business Continuity Management software and consulting services. The flagship offering, “OpsPlanner” is a cost-effective, easy to use emergency planning tool being used by many commercial enterprises and government organizations to prevent, prepare for, successfully manage and recover from any type of disaster or business disruption. Mr. Huger received a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from Bernard Baruch College and a Master’s Degree (MBA) from Fordham University.
