Product Support Analyst

 Description:

 We are seeking a Product Support Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for helping  customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

 Paradigm Solutions International, a leader in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) software and services is seeking a Product Support Analyst to provide technical and general business support to the Sales and  Operations teams. This position has the potential as a full-time remote work arrangement.

Specific duties may include but are not limited to:

Product Testing and Quality Assurance

Product Training to end clients

Generation of User Documentation

Manage and maintain client account information in CRM

Initiate/Track customer invoicing

Maintain RFP database

Report generation and maintenance

Provide client Support and on-call duties

Setup/configure new client implementations

Write test cases from feature requirements

Special Projects as requested by Executive Management

Requirements:

Ability to multi-task, work independently, and work well in a team atmosphere

Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills

Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with limited direction and supervision

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook are required

Limited Travel

Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management

Knowledge or experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning is a plus.

Knowledge or experience in SQL is a plus

Education:

Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3 years of relevant business experience
